HaulSnap stores the minimum data needed to run your hauling & moving business: business profile, service areas, quote requests, estimates, jobs, invoices, and photos you or your customers upload. Data is scoped strictly to your business — other HaulSnap accounts cannot see it.

What we store

• Your account email and profile name.
• Business profile: name, pricing defaults, ZIP service areas.
• Customer records you create in the app.
• Photos uploaded for quote requests and jobs (private storage).

How we protect it

• Row-level security on every table — access checked on every read and write.
• Private storage buckets — signed URLs for reads, short expirations.
• Estimate customer links use server-generated tokens treated as temporary credentials.
